The 42 assisted living units and 75 independent apartment units of The Villas at St. Therese are located on 19 wooded acres in Columbus, Ohio. The assisted living and apartment buildings are connected by an enclosed overlook foot bridge extending over a large city sewer and ravine allowing access to lower site elevation. A commons space is designed to provide a friendly environment for gathering of residents of both buildings and includes fireplaces, an ice cream parlor, dining room, library, and other community functions. The exterior of the building features local residential architecture including porches, chimneys, turrets, and residential materials and details. Walking paths around the pond and site have been included to take advantage of this magnificent site and provide for outdoor activities.
