The Karrington of Englewood assisted living facility, now called Sunrise of Englewood, is based on a "clustered cottage" concept, featuring resident living units grouped into four clusters radiating from a central core. Units are grouped around a common parlor that is divided by a see-thru fireplace. Adjacent to each parlor is a family style kitchen where residents and guests can prepare personal meals, bake cookies or visit with family members and friends. Reminiscent of "Grandma's house". More
