This project for Lake Vista of Cortland, is the Assisted Living Phase of a new Retirement Community that includes 37 congregate apartments in a three floor I-1 structure to be licensed as assisted living. As well as, 36 additional traditional heavy care assisted living units in a one floor I-2 structure.
