Jenkins Terrace is a 100-unit low-income apartment facility designed for the elderly located in the historic near-east side of Columbus. The 650 square foot apartments are designed with more space and amenities than typical subsidized housing units to make it marketable for the long-term. A community room with screened porches and kitchenette, activity rooms/parlors, media center with internet access, and common laundries are included in the project

The site features landscaped entrances with a vehicular drop-off area, an ornamental aluminum fence with brick piers, which encloses a parking area for 75 cars.
