The north wing addition to Friendship Village of Dublin was constructed to include a new wellness activity center and 51 very high-end apartments, ranging in size from approximately 1,200 to 1750 square feet. Apartments feature a variety of floor plans and amenities, such as fireplaces and balconies.

Common areas include an enclosed 25-meter lap pool with adjacent courtyard patio, a bistro, a new dining room for an alternative to the main dining room, an aerobics and weight room, a health care clinic, a wood shop, and a meeting room. The site and parking areas were reconfigured to provide additional garages, increased parking, and enhanced views of the Scioto River Valley.
