The Nursing Home Renovation and Addition is part of the CCRC in Dublin, Ohio. The original Friendship Village of Dublin, constructed in 1978, included a 60 bed medical model nursing unit. The exterior of the building exhibited a flat roof with rows of windows typical of the institution style of nursing homes of that vintage. Resident accommodations in the interior consisted of three long corridors primarily of semi-private rooms with side-by-side beds. More>>>
